In Matthew 19:14, Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these”. These children came unhindered, and they came every time this summer! Exceptional attendance deserves a delicious reward, and what better way to celebrate than with a trip to McDonald’s! The MCH Gano kids who demonstrated perfect attendance in our summer Kids Club program were granted the exciting opportunity to indulge in their favorite McDonald’s meals. One of the children shared with Ms. Cheryl, “I’ve always wanted to come to McDonalds, but I’ve never been because my mom say she can’t afford it”. This initiative not only motivates the children to prioritize attendance, but also fosters a sense of accomplishment, reinforcing the importance of commitment and punctuality.
