Mr. Andrew Armour
Andrew Armour is the founder and principal of Winthrop Realty Group, where he oversees its commercial real estate principal and brokerage businesses. Prior to founding Winthrop, Andrew worked at PinPoint Commercial, Stream Realty Partners, and Caldwell Companies. He has developed more than $150 million of institutional real estate and transacted more than $50 million for his office, industrial, retail, land, and multifamily clients. Andrew graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance.

Mrs. Vera Clark
Dr. Steve Hall
Dr. Hall has been the Pastor of Bethany Baptist Church in East Houston since 1985. He is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics. He also served for four years in the US Army, earning the “Meritorious Service Medal” before receiving an Honorable Discharge in his permanent rank of Captain.
Dr. Hall completed his Master and Doctorate degrees of study at the Houston Graduate School of Theology, in Houston Texas. He holds both an MDiv. (Master of Divinity) degree and a DMin. (Doctor of Ministry) degree as a result of his ABHE accredited seminary studies.
In the Community, he continues to serve in capacities wherever God opens doors. He served for many years as a commissioner on the City of Houston’s Land Assemblage Redevelopment Authority (LARA Board) (Member 2008 – 2018); and now serves as commissioner for the Houston Land Bank (Member 2018 –Present). He is also currently serving as Professor and Dean of Urban Programs for The Southern Reformed Theological College & Seminary of Houston, Texas. This appointment has afforded Dr. Hall the opportunity to serve the Christian Community in a wider capacity by preparing other pastors, ministers and lay leaders of all denominations for the work of the Church. (Fall 2017-Present)

Mr. Randy Limbacher
Randy has served on the Board of Directors of CARBO Ceramics Inc. since 2007 and as a Director of TransCanada Corporation since 2018. He has also served as past Chairman of the Board and a long-time director of Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas, where he earned JA’s National Gold Leadership Award in 2009. Carol and Randy support several charities through the Limbacher Family Foundation which was established in 2012. They are also actively involved in “Susan’s Rally” which supports women’s health issues and works with Sojourn House to provide housing for cancer patients seeking treatment in the Houston area.
Mr. Pat Pollan
Mr. W. Marc Schwartz
Marc is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Texas and Illinois, and is Certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA. Marc is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and was recently recognized by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners with their life time achievement award for his contributions to the profession of fraud prevention. Since 1983 Marc has testified in Federal and state district courts, bankruptcy courts and in arbitration proceedings.
In addition to serving on the board of directors at MCH, he serves on the board and executive committee of the ESCAPE Family Resource Center and is the District President of the Texas Louisiana Gulf Coast District of the National Exchange Club. He is also a member of the board of the Marjorie Evans Foundation.

Mrs. Turner serves on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Association of Railshippers, the National Association of Railshippers, The Waterways Council and the National Freight and Transportation Association. She is a Past President of the SWARS Association and Past Vice-President of American Chemical Council’s Transportation Association.
Rev. Peter Lee
Rev. Lee has served in full-time ministry since May 2010 in various positions at Houston’s First Baptist Church, including the areas of college, recreation, assimilation, adult discipleship, local outreach, missions, and mobilizing members for ministry. In Fall 2011, he was part of the core team that launched the Downtown Campus, the first multi-site campus of Houston’s First. In July 2017, Peter was ordained at Houston’s First and today serves as Minister of Connection & Mobilization at the Downtown Campus. Prior to moving to Houston, Peter graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University – New Brunswick with a B.S. in Sports Management and Minor in Psychology. Peter is joyfully married to his wife, Karenie, and they have three children. For three years, they lived in a mobile-home community consisting of 200 family units, where they coordinated monthly events and built personal friendships to share the gospel and show God’s love through relational ministry. Peter’s personal mission is to glorify God by reflecting his character, and making disciples of Jesus who make disciples of Jesus.
