Kingsland Baptist member Mark Hartzler is hooked on helping others—and hooked on ‘making a dollar holler.’ His background in accounting inspires him to find the best deal for his family and those in need. “I love the challenge of matching coupons with retail specials, and after several decades of practice, I can now leverage apps and other techniques to shop for personal care items that many folks might not otherwise be able to buy,” he says. Mark has leveraged his hefty hobby each of the last few years to give MCH an average of $12,ooo worth of razors, shampoos, hair care products, laundry and cleaning supplies, and personal items to share with our clients. “I shop for quality products to give the recipients an emotional boost, knowing people care and God cares about them,” Mark adds. “I enjoy the challenge of the hunt for clearance items and rebates, because I know that meeting personal needs is often the first step to meeting spiritual needs. “
