Mr. Andy Armstrong

Chairman

Mr. Armstrong is the owner and operator of More Space Place of Houston. Prior to this undertaking he served in various business development roles with gas pipeline companies, most recently TransCanada in Houston.

Mr. Andrew Armour

Andrew Armour is the founder and principal of Winthrop Realty Group, where he oversees its commercial real estate principal and brokerage businesses. Prior to founding Winthrop, Andrew worked at PinPoint Commercial, Stream Realty Partners, and Caldwell Companies. He has developed more than $150 million of institutional real estate and transacted more than $50 million for his office, industrial, retail, land, and multifamily clients. Andrew graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance.

Rev. Jeff Chadwick

Rev. Chadwick has served as as the Executive Director of Mission Centers of Houston since April 2016.

Dr. Daniel Crowther

Dr. Crowther has been the Senior Pastor of South Main Baptist church in Pasadena since 2022. He graduated in 2009 from Boyce College in Louisville, KY, with a bachelor’s degree in counseling and earned a Master of Divinity degree from Truett Seminary at Baylor University in 2016, with a concentration in Ministry Leadership. He earned a Doctorate of Ministry degree also from Truett Seminary in 2022.

Dr. Steve Hall

Dr. Hall has been the Pastor of Bethany Baptist Church in East Houston since 1985. He is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics. He also served for four years in the US Army, earning the “Meritorious Service Medal” before receiving an Honorable Discharge in his permanent rank of Captain.

Dr. Hall completed his Master and Doctorate degrees of study at the Houston Graduate School of Theology, in Houston Texas. He holds both an MDiv. (Master of Divinity) degree and a DMin. (Doctor of Ministry) degree as a result of his ABHE accredited seminary studies.

In the Community, he continues to serve in capacities wherever God opens doors. He served for many years as a commissioner on the City of Houston’s Land Assemblage Redevelopment Authority (LARA Board) (Member 2008 – 2018); and now serves as commissioner for the Houston Land Bank (Member 2018 –Present). He is also currently serving as Professor and Dean of Urban Programs for The Southern Reformed Theological College & Seminary of Houston, Texas. This appointment has afforded Dr. Hall the opportunity to serve the Christian Community in a wider capacity by preparing other pastors, ministers and lay leaders of all denominations for the work of the Church. Mr. Perry Harrell

Mr. Harrell is Principal of Harrell Architects, LP. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with both Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Architecture degrees. He has been a licensed Architect in the State of Texas since 1985 and a Texas licensed Interior Designer since 1993. Mr. Harrell is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is also a certified Healthcare Architect through The American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA).

Mr. Randy Limbacher

Mr. Limbacher has spent the last 39 years in various roles in the oil and gas exploration and production business.   Since 2017, Randy has been a partner in Meridian Energy, LLC, an energy advisory firm that is currently providing exclusive services to Riverstone Holdings, LLC. Prior to that he has served in various executive management roles, including CEO and President of Samson Resources, CEO and President of Rosetta Resources, and  President, Exploration and Production of the Americas for ConocoPhillips, and COO and Executive Vice President of Burlington Resources.

Randy has served on the Board of Directors of CARBO Ceramics Inc. since 2007 and as a Director of TransCanada Corporation since 2018.   He has also served as past Chairman of the Board and a long-time director of Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas, where he earned JA’s National Gold Leadership Award in 2009.  Carol and Randy support several charities through the Limbacher Family Foundation which was established in 2012.  They are also actively involved in “Susan’s Rally” which supports women’s health issues and works with Sojourn House to provide housing for cancer patients seeking treatment in the Houston area.

Mr. Pat Pollan

Mr. Pollan is the Principal of Pollan Hausman Real Estate Services, LLC. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPR®), a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas, and has a degree in finance and economics. Mr. Pollan serves on the board of directors for BEAR (Be A Resource for CPS Kids). He is also a long time member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). He is a member of ACRP (Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals), HOLBA (Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association), HAR (Houston Association of Realtors), TAR (Texas Association of Realtors), NAR (National Association of Realtors) and Lakeside Country Club.

Mr. John Prince

Mr. Prince began his career in the steel industry, first as a general manager for a large steel company, and five years later became the President of the corporation.   Following his career there, John started his own company specializing in the production of oil field tubular parts.  After selling his company in 1999 he became a real estate investor and has been doing that ever since.  Today he spends some of his time managing rental properties, but most of his time is dedicated to helping other people in the service of Gods directive. 

Mr. W. Marc Schwartz

Mr. Schwartz is founder and Chairman of Schwartz Associates, a private economic and analytics consulting firm.  Marc provides expert witness, economic and strategic consulting and restructuring/bankruptcy services to clients. In addition, since 1993, he has served as a Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee and serves as a state court receiver. Marc spent his first twenty years of professional practice with the firm of Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers, as a staff member and partner in their audit and financial advisory services practices. In 1993, he established his own practice specializing in expert witness, bankruptcy advisory, including serving as a Chapter 11 Trustee and Examiner with Expanded Powers, and serving as a Federal and State Court Receiver.  Marc continues that practice with Nathan.

Marc is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Texas and Illinois, and is Certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA. Marc is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and was recently recognized by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners with their life time achievement award for his contributions to the profession of fraud prevention. Since 1983 Marc has testified in Federal and state district courts, bankruptcy courts and in arbitration proceedings.

In addition to serving on the board of directors at MCH, he serves on the board and executive committee of the ESCAPE Family Resource Center and is the District President of the Texas Louisiana Gulf Coast District of the National Exchange Club. He is also a member of the board of the Marjorie Evans Foundation.

Rev. Jeremy Scott

Rev. Scott serves as the Minister of Missions and Evangelism at Tallowood Baptist Church. Before accepting the call to serve at Tallowood Jeremy was on staff in the mission department of Sugar Creek Baptist Church in Houston.

Mrs. Linda Turner

Ms.Turner is Manager, Logistics Procurement for Americas Styrenics, LLC.  She joined AmSty in this position in 2013.  Linda leads AmSty’s efforts to secure and develop a robust Transportation network both domestic and international.  Previously, Mrs. Turner served as Director of Transportation of First Energy Corporation in Akron, Ohio, the U.S.’s fourth largest utility company.  Before joining First Energy, Mrs. Turner held numerous management assignments in the chemical industry at companies including TOTAL and Mobil Chemical.

Mrs. Turner serves on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Association of Railshippers, the National Association of Railshippers, The Waterways Council and the National Freight and Transportation Association.  She is a Past President of the SWARS Association and Past Vice-President of American Chemical Council’s Transportation Association.
